Delete it yourself

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in below and confirm.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes:

• Your profile: name, date of birth, gender, bio, phone number and social handles
• Your profile photo and gallery photos
• Identity-verification details
• Your trips, journeys, saved routes and skip days
• Your connections, join requests, chat messages and reactions
• Notifications, push-notification tokens and notification settings
• Blocks and reports you made, and contact-form messages you sent while signed in

Messages you sent are removed from the other person's chat too. Nothing can be recovered afterwards.

What we keep

• Server logs that may include your user ID. They are kept only for security and debugging and expire automatically.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, only for as long as the law requires.

Can't sign in?

Email support@metrodiaries.in from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request came from the account owner and delete the account within 7 days, then confirm by email.
